SPECIFIC NEEDS & PROJECTS
Volunteer roles vary and may change depending on current needs, but we’re certain we can find a place for you. Our typical office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Communications Content Developer: Work with Habitat Chicago’s communications team to identify and create engaging content to help tell the Habitat story.
Graphic Designer: Work with Habitat Chicago’s communications team to create engaging and relevant graphics to help tell the Habitat story.
Front Desk Volunteer: Assist office manager with filing, answering phones, clerical duties and other tasks as needed to ensure smooth office operations.
Assistant to the Business Manager: Assist business manager with filing, data entry and other tasks as needed to help ensure all of our records are accurate and up to date.
Photographer and/or Videographer: Work with Habitat Chicago’s communication team to capture and create engaging and relevant media content to help tell the Habitat story. Projects may be as simple as attending a Habitat event, making edits, and sending over photos OR they could be as involved as mapping, interviewing, filming and editing videos. We’ll work with you to identify what makes the most sense for your skills and schedule!
