Project Description: This project group set out to beautify their block with flowers and increased lighting. After coordinating with their neighbors, the group members distributed matching solar landscape spotlights to several homes on their block, and then landscaped their community planters with seasonal flowers.

"Neighborhood beautification and safety ranks high on our block club agenda. We want our block to always remain safe and visually appealing. With the funding, we were able to accomplish this vision by providing residents with a set of outdoor solar lights and obtaining beautiful annual flowers to plant in two existing commercial planters."
