Habitat for Humanity Chicago is committed to seeing Chicago thrive.
By partnering with committed residents and trusted organizations, we help families and communities achieve strength, stability and self-reliance through affordable housing, beautification and development projects.
Currently, our efforts are focused on Chicago’s South Side in the West Pullman and Greater Grand Grossing neighborhoods. Our programs and services are comprehensive and include: new home construction, affordable homeownership, a public homebuyer university, year-round home care education, and a neighborhood grants initiative.
Our vision is a world where everyone has a decent place to live.
No matter who you are or where you come from, you deserve a decent life. You deserve to feel strong and stable every day. You deserve to know that you have the power to build your own future.
