THE ASSOCIATE BOARD

The Habitat Chicago Associate Board is a network of passionate Chicagoans, ages 24 to 39, who raise awareness and revenue for Habitat Chicago through social events, volunteer days, and fundraising efforts.

  • Between the ages of 24 and 39 and live or work in the city of Chicago?

Benefits

  • Inclusion in Habitat marketing materials, such as the website and Annual Report.

 

Your Role 

  • Attend bi-monthly committee meetings and engagement or learning opportunities.

  • Plan and attend signature Associate Board events and attend Habitat Chicago’s annual events.

  • Attend Associate Board volunteer days at the Habitat Chicago construction site and at ReStore Chicago.

  • Commit to fundraising at least $1,500 on an annual basis via ticket sales, event sponsorships, company partnerships, in-kind donations; make a personally significant gift of at least $200 per year.

  • Commit to a minimum of 2 years of service.

  • Seats on the Associate Board are limited! Interviews are held in April/May for a July 1-June 30 term.
