Project Description: For this project, neighbors hired a local contractor to power-wash the awnings of seven homes to give them a fresh look. They then distributed 30 matching welcome mats to every home on their block.

"Project Curb Appeal started as a project to do something nice for the people in the neighborhood. One of my neighbor's awning was so beautiful she stood proudly out on her door admiring her house. She requested other work to the façade of her house. Several neighbors made similar requests. They expressed a joy in seeing the neighborhood coming alive and wished for other projects."
