Bickerdike Redevelopment Corporation

Bickerdike is a non-profit organization focused on the redevelopment of West Town, Humboldt Park, Logan Square, Hermosa, and Avondale. Within these neighborhoods, Bickerdike invests in affordable housing development and preservation, economic development with a focus on jobs, and leadership development. Blue Door Neighborhood Center

Run by Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, this neighborhood center offers free wellness classes and workshops, and connects community members with Health Educators as well as additional resources and services. The Center for Changing Lives provides a range of financially focused services to Chicagoans currently experiencing homelessness or a housing or financial hardship, with a focus on the Northwest side of Chicago.
