Bickerdike Redevelopment Corporation

Bickerdike is a non-profit organization focused on the redevelopment of West Town, Humboldt Park, Logan Square, Hermosa, and Avondale. Within these neighborhoods, Bickerdike invests in affordable housing development and preservation, economic development with a focus on jobs, and leadership development. Bridge Subsidy Program

This Illinois state program helps qualifying residents pay for rental housing as they seek permanent help through another program or are able to afford their own unit. Qualifying residents must be on a waiting list for rental assistance from a public housing authority or register for rental assistance when it is possible to do so.
