Project Description: This project group organized a series of monthly meet up events to bring their community together. In light of the Covid-19 pandemic and restrictions on in-person gatherings, the project group transitioned their focus towards distributing resources to their community, providing over 35 care packages to their neighbors.

"The project started out as a concept that sought to build neighborhood cohesion, as well as foster positive interpersonal relationships and ownership of one's own fate and thus their community. This was to be accomplished through a series of workshops, trainings and community activities. ... Due to COVID-19 and its mandates as well as the communities vulnerabilities, our focus shifted to another critical component of our mission."
