College Care Package Initiative

Project Description: This project group brought their community together to connect with and support Greater Grand Crossing students who had recently gone to college. The group assembled and sent two rounds of care packages to the students throughout a school semester, including their favorite snacks, supplies, and meaningful messages from their community.
