Hey, Prospective Crew Leaders!
We are excited to share with you the next virtual training session for the newly relaunched Crew Leader Training Program!
During this second session, we will go over how to lead teams, engage volunteers, and ensure a positive volunteer experience while onsite. This will be the final virtual session before moving into the shadowing phase of the Crew Leader Training Program.
