ReStore Paint Party Registration - 6/20/23
Hey, Habitat Volunteers! It's your turn to help!
On Tuesday, June 20th, ReStore is having a Paint Party! Volunteers will help paint the inside walls of the store Habitat for Humanity Blue to give the ReStore a fresh new look. Pizza and paint will be provided! During the Paint Party, volunteers will assist in moving items from walls, painting the walls, and restaging merchandise once the paint has dried. Volunteers are encouraged to wear clothes they feel comfortable working in while painting.

Date: Tuesday, June 20, 2023
Start time: 10:00 AM
End time: 3:00 PM
Location: 6040 N Pulaski Ave, Chicago, IL 60646
Dress: Please make sure to dress appropriately for an active warehouse: closed-toe, closed-heel, shoes are required (boots preferred); dress in layers appropriate for the weather (indoor and outdoor work may be required), and wear clothes you don't mind getting a little dirty.
In light of COVID-19, we ask that all volunteers agree to the following (agreement linked below):
In order to manage the safety of our team and volunteers we ask that you refrain from volunteering:
- If you or someone in your household has had these symptoms or has had contact with anyone who has exhibited the following symptoms of COVID-19 in the last 5 days, including but not limited to: fever, cough, difficulty breathing, respiratory or flu-like symptoms, sore throat, etc.
- If you have been medically directed to self-quarantine due to possible exposure to COVID-19
- If you have been in contact with a person who has a confirmed case of COVID-19 in the last 5 days
Please understand that by volunteering with Habitat for Humanity Chicago, where you will be in the proximity of other people, you may be at risk of contracting the virus, even though standard precautions are being observed.
Register for your Volunteer Day:
Under Age 18?: Volunteers must be at least 14 years of age to volunteer at ReStore. Print out and have a guardian sign this form in lieu of checking the liability waiver box below. You must present this signed form on your build day in order to participate.
