Join your colleagues and Habitat for Humanity Chicago to build affordable homes and strengthen our neighborhoods!
Habitat Chicago homebuyers purchase their homes with an affordable mortgage, and while in the program, help build their own homes alongside volunteers like you. With your help, these future homeowners achieve the strength, stability, and self-reliance they need to build a better life for themselves and their families - creating stronger communities and a stronger Chicago.

In light of COVID-19, we ask that all volunteers agree to the following (agreement linked below):
In order to manage the safety of our team and volunteers we ask that you refrain from volunteering:
- If you or someone in your household has had these symptoms or has had contact with anyone who has exhibited the following symptoms of COVID-19 in the last 5 days, including but not limited to: fever, cough, difficulty breathing, respiratory or flu-like symptoms, sore throat, etc.
- If you have been medically directed to self-quarantine due to possible exposure to COVID-19
- If you have been in contact with a person who has a confirmed case of COVID-19 in the last 5 days
Please understand that by volunteering with Habitat for Humanity Chicago, where you will be in the proximity of other people, you may be at risk of contracting the virus, even though standard precautions are being observed.

Under Age 18?: Volunteers must be at least 16 years of age to participate in a build day onsite. Print out and have a guardian sign this form in lieu of checking the liability waiver box below. You must present this signed form on your build day in order to participate.
